How do I invite someone to my organization?

Only Admins can invite. Go to organization settings → team management and send an email invitation. The invitee clicks the link, authenticates, and completes the onboarding flow. See Invite users.

What roles exist?

Admin and Editor. Admins can manage users, brands, and org settings. Editors can create boards and content but cannot manage the org. See Members & access.

Who can see my boards?

Everyone in the organization. There are no per-board permissions. You can filter the dashboard by "My boards" or "All boards."

How do I remove a user?

Admins can remove users via team management in organization settings.

How do I recover a deleted board or node?

Open the Trash from the dashboard sidebar. Items remain in Trash until you permanently delete them. See Find deleted items.

Who can create or delete brands?

Only Admins. Editors can use brands in their work but cannot create, edit, or delete them.
