Brand

Common questions about brand training, assets, and the brand agent.

How long does brand training take?

Between 10 and 60 minutes, depending on the amount of data. Kyoso is continuously working to reduce this.

How many assets does my brand need?

At minimum: a brand guidelines PDF, one logo (SVG), one font (TTF or OTF), and one composition example (PNG). More assets help the agent better capture your brand's visual style.

What types of assets help most?

All contribute — logos, photos, fonts, guidelines, color references. The key question is: "Can the agent execute the brand's visual style with these assets?" If relevant assets are missing, output may differ from your brand benchmark.

What happens if brand training fails?

You'll see the failure status in the processing queue widget on the brand agent page. Try again — Kyoso runs pre-training checks, so most issues are caught before training starts. When possible, the platform will explain the reason for the failure.

Can I retrain or update my brand?

Yes. Currently, uploading a new brand guidelines PDF retrains the agent. In the near future, you'll be able to edit data and upload additional documents without retraining from scratch.

Can a brand be shared across organizations?

No. Brands are owned by the organization. Every user in the org sees every brand, but brands cannot be shared across different organizations.
