Your Kyoso organization is the top-level workspace — it owns your team's users, brands, and boards.
What it is
Your Kyoso organization is the top-level workspace. The org owns both its users and its brands. There is no per-board permission model — every user in the org sees every brand and can browse all boards.
Key ideas
- Admin — can do everything an Editor can, plus invite and remove users, create, edit, and delete brands, and manage org settings
- Editor — can create boards and content but cannot manage users or brands
- Invites — Admins invite users via email; the invitee receives a link, authenticates, and runs through the onboarding flow
- Removing users — Admins remove users via team management in org settings
- Board visibility — all boards are visible org-wide; you can filter by "My boards" or "All boards" on the dashboard
How it fits with the rest of Kyoso
The organization is the container for everything in Kyoso — your brands, boards, and team. Brand management and user management are Admin-only operations.
